AZ Sol Track Club is a 501(c)(3) non profit member club of USA Track and Field. AZ Sol's mission is to offer training, mentoring, and support to youth athletes and youth coaches in the sport of track and field.

All of our coaches are on the USATF coaches registry (can be viewed here), and have been background checked at a minimum. Many of our coaches also have certifications and education above that required by USATF. USATF requires all coaches on the coaches registry to be a USATF member in good standing, pass USATF background screen, complete the U.S. Center for SafeSport Training course, accept and adhere to the SafeSport Handbook, fullfil education standard (requirements can be found here).

Membership for AZ Sol track club is $750 per competition year (September-July). Membership payments can be paid at one time or broken into monthly payments. Financial hardship options are available.

Yes!! We encourage potetial athletes to come to a practice prior to registering. While we feel you'll love our team and positive environment, we want you to expereince it for yourself.

We are equally as excited to have you join our family. Step 1: Send an Email or use our contact for on our website to get in contact with us. Step 2: Take the first step by clicking on the "Take the first step" page in the menu on our home page. Step 3: Finish the step at your own pace. Want to just introduce your athlete and their goals just complete step 1. Want to get the paperwork before attending your first practice move on to step 2. Once you realize that you do in fact want to be a part of our amazing organization, move on to step 3 and pay the membership fees. We try to make it simple by putting everything in one place. Welcome!! We look forward to having you as a part of our team. We are here to help and support you in any way we can.

Unfortunatley yes. Each athlete will need to be a member of USATF this is a $25 fee (You can become a member here). Uniforms and warmups are not required but are available for purchase (check out our uniforms page for prices). Most meet fees will be included in the membership fees some non USATF and national competitions may have additional fees (We will inform you of any of these costs). We will also have team activities that may have a cost associtated with it (We will inform you of any of these costs). Financial hardship assistance is available. Most of our practices will be at Corona del Sol High School's track (1001 E Knox Rd, Tempe, AZ 85284). We will also practice at surrounding parks during early season practices, and when facilities are not available. Check out our schedule page for updated schedules (click here)

Currently most of our athletes are Junior High and High School aged. We are not limited to to this age group however younger athletes may not feel as comfortable at practices as an athlete in the junior high and high school age groups.
